   Terry and Loretta,

   I have recently published my dissertation and the topic may be of
   interest to  both of you.  I do not address specifically the topic of
   reflective practice but you may find something of use.  The
   dissertation is a retrospective exploration of individual experiences
   of an AI event and the effects ont eh participant's lives.

   It is titiled "Experiences of Transformative Learning in the
   Appreciative Inquiry" and can be found on the AI commons under
