We use AI as a basic social learning framework in our course Self as  
Instrument, as part of the Organizational Psychology and Coaching Certificate  
programs at JFK university in Pleasant Hill, CA.
 
It nicely complements the individual learning frameworks of Kolb's Learning  
Styles Inventory, and the Ladder of Inference, and helps students understand 
how  the JoHari Window works.
