[Ailist] AI for merging two youth arts nonprofits

Hello 
I am proposing to use AI over the next year to successfully merge a youth
symphony and a youth chorale. Both have thrived independently in our
community for about 30 years.  Already a merger task force has floundered.
If you or someone you know has conducted such an AI engagement I'd like to
talk further or be directed to websites.

Also I'm interested in knowing of any foundations that might fund a grant to
do this work in the arts, nonprofits or youth organizations.  (Wouldn't we
all like to find that one!)
