Howdy All,

Hoping for some ideas/thoughts from the group concerning how to conduct and
topics for a "corporate values" discussion with senior leadership of a large
holding company.  What I have at this point is:
1. discussion of the speicific 'business case' for agreeing on,
communicating and integrating values.
2. how to align corporate/holding co. values throughout the group of
companies operating under their umbrella.
3. Action plan for begininning to 'operationalize' our values.

The client is a large Asian holding company.

Appreciate any ideas.
