[Ailist] Additional thoughts on AI phases

Cheri & others:
Nicely put, its a bit "trite" but I have always like the idea that
Michelangelo just "removed" what was not needed or what was in the way so to
speak to create David.
I think businesses understand that the world is often "calling" for
something. They think of it as "marketing" and in the few AI projects I have
done, the corporate clients have easily moved into a place where they look
for alignment and connection with a deeper purpose that combines what the
world seems to be asking for, what they personally align with and what the
organization is "poised" to step into at that moment. The discovery process
seems to let the uneeded stone fall away so the positive core reveals
itself. Sometimes I pray that an organization would have a distinct soul or
consciousness that would respond to the world or a higher power telling it
that "we love you just the way you are" ....... and you are destined for
great things.
Cheri, I like your word "fluid" because managing change can feel herky jerky
to these folks (me too!) and the idea that there may be a more fluid way to
be is enticing. I also think there is something about the 4D's the 5I's and
other models that tend to have us think that each phase is separate. The
models help me organize my thoughts and the way a program will move along
but I try to remember that Design and Destiny are not very distinct (more
fluid eh!).
