Thanks for sending this; very clever way to teach the concepts.
I'm a bit curious about this. The ABC Model is Maxi Maltsby Rational
Emotive/Behavior Therapy. Looks like Seligman added "D" and "E" to it, but
whoever put this together did not credit Maltsby. Instead they gave credit
to Seligman for developing the ABC Model.
