Greetings.  Although I have answered Kwame individually, I thought the 
members of the list might like to have this information, as well.

I am currently a Ph.D. student with Fielding Graduate University; based in 
Santa Barbara, California, Fielding is a distance-learning program that allows 
its students to develop individualized contracts in specific "Knowledge Areas."

Frank Barrett is one of our faculty, as are other folks who have made, and 
are making, notable contributions in many of the areas Kwame mentioned.

I would recommend a look at the Fielding website.
