[Ailist] Phd by Distance Learning

Collegues, I have been part of this house ever since. I am now working in a war torn area and I am looking a University that has a distance learning Phd programme in Public Policy, Public Administration, Organisation and Management, OD, Local Government, Conflict, Peace, Development studies and related areas. Can somebody give me links to any school under this climate that can give me this opportunity? It could either be absolutely full or part distance learning with the option for face to face from time to time in the school. TAny of these options will suit me. Thanks for the learning on this site.
