Hello Everyone,

I am working on a proposal for a small family business that is in the process of transitioning ownership from the parents to the 2 adult children. They are aware of their power struggles and parent child dynamics that are at play and are attempting to approach their future in a new way. I'm planning on incorporating AI, SOAR, The State of Grace Document and The Human Design. 

I'm wondering if there are some sample interview guides that have been used for family business, SOAR, and 360 eValuations that you might be willing to share? I'm certainly open to any other suggestions  that might be beneficial.
