When the first edition of the Appreciative Inquiry Handbook was published in
2003 - we used "AI" since Appreciative Inquiry was being spelled out as a
proper noun/term.
I hope this helps -- Jackie

I'd say it's AI since it's the initials.

Colleagues,
What is the acceptable format for publication when using the initials for
Appreciative Inquiry:
Ai or AI.
Thanks so much and Happy Holidays to All!
