Hello James--
Coincidentally (synchronistically!!), I will be giving a teleclass on 12/20 entitled "Appreciating Your Body, Increasing Well-being", exploring AI principles, perspective and ways of being in connection with our ideas, attitudes and thoughts about our bodies and how to shift to a positive perspective.
I have used AI in personal coaching for a number of years and taught the Nia Technique, a dance and movement program that asks each participant to honor their bodies and move in their own unique way, that is healthiest for them, rather than seek uniformity with others.
The call will be given live on 12/20 (5 PM PT/8PM ET) and recorded and available until 12/31. Here are the details:
Register for the Live Teleclass (12/20/07):

Register for the Recorded Teleclass (available 24/7 until 12/31/07):

(You will receive access instructions for the live or recorded session once you register.)
All my best,
Susan
