I would recommend the book Dynamic Relationships: Unleashing the Power of Appreciative Inquiry in Daily Living by Jacqueline Stavros and Cheri Torres
As the title suggests it is about using AI in daily living and while it may not address specific health concerns that you mention it would be a good place to start.
