[Ailist] How much AI do leaders need to know to lead successfully?

Hi Anne

I would make a distinction between information and knowledge. Having lots of
information isn't all that helpful unless it is lived, acted upon and then the results
are reflected upon to discover what worked and what they would do differently
next time to make it work even better. At that point information has progressed
to knowledge and then to wisdom.

Information about AI will be of little help until it generates such wisdom.

Similarly I think the issue is of how we conceive of AI. Is it just a process or is it
a way of seeing and hearing that leads to a way of being and doing? The
appreciative way of leadership is essentially a way of being and requires living
appreciatively rather than just informatin about AI.
