Hi Randy:

I am in Mexico City and my business partner started a corporate governance 
consulting biz and a non-profit association to improve corp governance here 
in mexico using John Carver's model of policy based transparent governance. 
I have not had time to take it very far but I am working on program ideas 
that combine AI and experience-based training and development (my "thing") 
for this organization and their membership. Can we share off list serve?
