Bill,
Over the past two years we have worked on creating a more functional school
system in Pennsylvania. The goal was to improve moral amongst staff,
decrease bullying and acting out amongst students and improve the cultural
competency of the district. We used an Active Visioning model we have
developed which incorporates many of the principals of AI and our Community
Empowerment model, which utilizes and empowers existing systemic
infrastructures rather then the typical program dependency response.
I hope this is helpful.
Be well!
John
