 Dear Muriel

My booklet, which I based on and rooted in Ai principles, has just
(this month) hit the bookshops. The publicity from the publishers
Knowledge Resources is as follows:

"Establishing a Mentoring and Coaching Programme
K Tucker
R189.00 (local price in South Africa)

ISBN: 9781869221478

This book provides a series of processes intended to guide and inform
organizations that have not set up a formal mentoring and coaching
programme before. Organizations who already have programmes will also
benefit as the approach is different from the norm. Key processes are
outlined in a step-by-step format.

 Why mentoring and coaching?
Why should we establish mentoring or coaching in our organisation?
 The organisational culture
The key design elements
The strategic focus
A generic mentorship agreement"

Knowledge Resources contact details in South Africa are:
mail at knowres.co.za, or you could contact Cia Joubert at
cia at kwowres.co.za

You might also be able to trace the book thought the ISBN number.

Best regards

Kate

Hello all,

I am working with a university in developing mentoring programs for
graduate students in two professional schools. Students will be matched
with an experienced professional in the community. I am gathering best
practices for effective programs in preparation for mentor/mentee
orientations. If any of you have had experience in developing a similar
program, I would be interested in hearing about it.

Many thanks,

Muriel Finegold
