I am curious to know if anyone has used A.I. techniques to address racism  
within organizations.  I work with sexual and domestic violence programs  and a 
recent survey completed by the Women of Color Network revealed serious  abuse 
of women of color (WOC)employess by white management. This is not an  isolated 
incident. This has been happening for many years. I am also a  woman of color 
and have experienced many of the things mentioned in the survey  and I would 
like to help programs change the abuse of power and control and  horizontal 
hostility many of us experience as employees. 
 
I have developed a set of A.I. questions for women of color to answer as a  
first step.  Does anyone have experience applying  A.I. to  institutional 
racism and oppression?
