Kolb's four quadrant labels are Converger (takes in information symbolically, through abstract conceptualization, then transforms it through active experimentation), Diverger (takes in information through concrete experience, then transforms it through reflective observation), Accommodator (takes in information through concrete experience and transforms it through active experimentation), and Assimilator (takes in information through reflective observation, then transforms it through abstract conceptualization).
