Ron, I think this is a GREAT idea.  I am curious about the labels of the
four quadrants, though.  Based upon Kolb's theory and instrument, left to my
own, I would have used the words acting (action), valuing (relationship?),
thinking (meaning), and deciding (structure???).  I actually like your words
better; they are more "normal," except for "structure."  I think the word
structure means many different things to different people and might be
confusing?

Anyway, thanks for a great idea!
