How Much theory?
Using the same analogy as the light in the room..... I like to light up
minds. I introduce a few ideas about analyzing the positive after the
interviews. There is great illumination after the interviews. I ask them
how they are feeling and then relate that feeling to the proceess. I
highlight some research that illustrates the good results of positive
approaches. Ai is a fundamental shift and shining a light on the nature of
the process may cause a few in the group to consider it in their own lives.
When I first started using Ai I did quite a bit more, but scaled back as I
became more experienced. I do just enough to flick on the lights inside
their hearts and minds....Hoping they will say to themselves..... Hmmm maybe
this is a good way to think of things. Everyone has the power to light up
the world and if they see the light, I want them to know how to flick on the
switch
