Hello,
At this link:
http://appreciativeinquiry.case.edu/practice/organization.cfm?sector=21
you will find a whole list of resources and examples of AI in healthcare.
I invite any of you on this list to contribute additional case studies, stories from the field, and AI project materials to this page of the AI Commons. As you know, this is an open forum for the fullest sharing of academic resources and practical tools on Appreciative Inquiry and the rapidly growing discipline of positive change.
I have someone who has volunteered to help people write up case studies and stories from the field. If you need assistance with the writing part, please let me know.
Thank you very much,
Dawn Dole

[POD] Question about using Appreciative Inquiry in Nursing Education
Greetings,
A faculty member in the Nursing Department recently inquired whether I
knew of other institutions where nursing education made use of
Appreciative Inquiry:
"As I mentioned the nursing department is committed to incorporating the
Appreciative Inquiry (AI) change theory into its new Clinical Nurse
Leader MSN track. This would require our SNs to apply AI at a
microsystems level with patients, staff and other members for the health
care delivery team in order to expedite appropriate changes to improve
the health care for clients.
You mentioned that you were willing to query your sources as to whether
there is someone out there who has used AI in this way and would be
willing to teach us more about that process and/or forward us a list of
programs on AI already in the works. It would be very helpful if several
of our faculty would be able to attend one of those sessions."
Joan
Do any of you know of instances on your campuses, and might you have
contact information I could pass on to my colleague?
Thanks in advance,
Leslie
