Appreciative Inquiry and an Introduction to SOARR 

With Cheri Torres and Carolyn Weisenberger

A Workshop for Leaders, Managers, Trainers, and Consultants Engaged in
Organizational Transformation.  We will cover the basics of Appreciative
Inquiry and offer an introduction to the AI strategic planning model: SOARR.
This workshop follows the ASTD National Conference

the Great Smoky Mountain National Park-one of the most beautiful parks in
the US!

Appreciative Facilitation

A Workshop for Teachers, Facilitators, and Trainers Interested in
Facilitating Learning with special emphasis on Leadership, Teamwork, and
Work/Life Competencies. This workshop integrates AI with Experiential
Learning methods.

 

September 26-27

>From Conflict to Collaboration

With Carolyn Weisenberger

A Workshop for Teachers, Facilitators, and Trainers Interested in
Facilitating Conflict Resolution and Collaboration.  This workshop
integrates AI, Dialogue, Emotional Intelligence, and Parallel Thinking with
Experiential Learning methods.
