Hi everyone,
I am contacting you on behalf of the two guest editors for the AIP August
2007 issue, Jackie Stavros and Gina Hinrichs. The focus of the August issue is
SOARing to High and Engaging Performance: An Appreciative Approach to
Strategy
This issue is designed for those who want to get a solid grounding in the key
concepts and practice of strength-based strategic thinking, planning, and
implementation.
The SOAR framework and approach will be provided along with several case
studies from organizations demonstrating its application and positive impact
providing measurable results both financial and performance improvement.
The issue will conclude with the positive results of SOAR, where it is being
used around the world, and how you can incorporate SOAR into corporate,
business unit or functional strategy.
