There is a HBR article on the work that Dave Cooperrider, Jane
Watkins and I did for Avon Mexico.
I believe it is the only HBR article on Appreciative Inquiry.
Professor Lynn Payne has used the article in her classes. The
inquiry was about Men and Women Working together in Teams. The
cultural transformation addressed a male dominated company
developing a corporate culture that integrated women into top
management.
This intervention won the Catalyst Prize several years ago.
