Neil,
You might try Fast Company. They have had many over the past years on
significant change within organisations. I believe all articles are
available for free via their website: www.fastcompany.com. Hope it is not
too late!
Tricia

Can any of you recommend HBR or other type articles on companies that have
made significant cultural changes? We're talking transformation like
Denny's (from discrimination to diversity leader), NuCor (from rust belt to
modern competitor), Jack in the Box (from food killer to food safety leader)
and others.

The use would be for a Leadership Team as a case study to prep for a
conversation on the LEADER'S ROLE in change.

Thanks!
