Ricardo Sempler's book Maverick is good to understand change management
across an entire organisation.

Ray Anderson's book Midcourse Correction is about how he went through a
personal epithany (his phrase) that led to him changing Interface
Carpets (of which he was CEO) from environmental destructor to
environmental repairer.

Any ideas to help a colleague of mine?

Subject: Need Help (Today of Course) Change Management Articles
Importance: High

Can any of you recommend HBR or other type articles on companies that
have
made significant cultural changes? We're talking transformation like
Denny's (from discrimination to diversity leader), NuCor (from rust belt
to
modern competitor), Jack in the Box (from food killer to food safety
leader)
and others.

The use would be for a Leadership Team as a case study to prep for a
conversation on the LEADER'S ROLE in change.

Thanks!
