Hi Folks

Thanks for the kind words and I am glad the material was useful.

I am digging out from all those things left undone after just sending a book to
the printers. Its a 48 page booklet called "Core Elements of the Appreciative
Way: An introduction for work and daily living." It is designed to introduce
people (in both secular and religious settings) to some of the more basic ideas
behind appreciative living such as positive goals, focusing on strengths etc for
daily living rather than on organizational development processes.

The other big Church resource that is now in final editing is Yes!3: creating a life
in which you can say Yes! to God, Yes! to your neighbor and Yes! to yourself. It
is a five week study program including an all day retreat designed to introduce
church members to appreciative living by having them conduct an appreciative
inquiry into their own life and work and clarify for themselves how they want to
say the 3 Yes!s. It is a soup supper, presentation and a structure conversation
type small group process. Part of my goal was to create appreciative cultures in
churches. I have been teaching clergy how to live appreciatively for several
years but they often go back to problem oriented places. So Yes!3 is designed
as a resource for them to teach and grow an appreciative cultures in their
church.

Both resources should be available for sale on my website in a couple of weeks.
