Dear Lisa and Aiers:

Attached are the three original SOAR application articles, plus some new
illustrations from Nancy Marguiles.

An update on SOAR will be coming out in October 2006 in the Second Edition
of the BK "Change Handbook" - I still have not heard back from the publisher
if I can share this chapter with others prior to print. It is pending
editors' approvals. 

As soon as I hear back I'll forward the article to those interested.

In the meanwhile, I'd like to hear from those of you have used it your
thinking and suggestions ... Perhaps who you have used it with and what were
the outcomes.
