Dear List,
It occurred to me that some of you might be interested in attending
a Taos Institute conference, co-sponsored with the Houston-Galveston
Institute in Galveston, TExas Sept. 20-24. Social Construction and Human
Transformation includes plenary talks by Ken Gergen, Taos Institute Chair,
and Bliss Browne of Imagine Chicago "fame" and theme sessions of special
interest to this readership Appreciative approaches to social change,
Collaborative Learning and teaching, Community Building Practices, Social
Work Evaluation, Family Business Consulting, Organizational Development,
and Qualitative Research Methods...there are two others on therapy and good

16 Continuing education credits are available for those who are in
that world.
Finally, our Taos Institute conferences have always been planned
with an eye to the total embodied experience, including the physical
ambiance and the quality of the social life. So comfort, excitement, and
