I suggest that you reference an article by Gervase Bushe entitled 
Appreciative Inquiry with Teams.  I found it on a website:  
www.bus.sfu.ca/homes/gervase/ai_handbk.htm.  I have found the ideas in 
Gervase's article really helpful in my own work with teams.

Incidentally, Diane Robbins and I are also doing a session at the WA State 
Public Sector Conference on Quality.  Ours is related to applications of AI 
in more macro-level change.  See you then!
